My thoughts:
As a student that greatly benefited from outreach programs, it would be a shame to see such systems become non-existent. There are many other alternatives than to deny the future of the world the opportunity for a fair chance at a quality education. Cutting outreach programs will only make such a fight infinitely harder. I strongly urge you not to cut outreach programs.
