A bit of a hot and cold week...

Man, I love teaching and I totally miss doing it on a regular basis. I especially love teaching about my passion... advocacy for adequate health care and promotion for healthy living. I taught two high school classes and one at Cal. Both groups were very different, yet very much alike. I get to teach one more time tomorrow, and I look forward to having the opportunity to do more.

I'm sad that Lan is leaving us :( Goodness, I'm gonna miss that girl! I am really happy that you have found a career that will make you happy, and I'm pulling for you in the med school admission process. Just keep your head up and stay confident, as I know things will pan out for you in the future! Much love!

I got in touch with my junior high school teacher Mr. Wang, err now Dr. Wang. Man, I don't know what to call him anymore..heehee. It's funny how life make a full circle.

Marcia, you are the best! After she found out that Cal didn't accept me for Public Health school, she and my other co-workers/friends Oji and Ana encouraged me to appeal. Then yesterday, Marcia said that she was going to call one of the deans and find out why I wasn't admitted. Wow! The words thank you seem so diminutive in a situation like this.

I to have to stop proscrastinating! I still have to turn in the SF State application. I'll let ya know how that goes.
