I’ve fallen, and I can’t get up!!!
Today I woke up with three Charlie Horses and a foot cramp. What the hell is happening?!?! Maybe I have been working myself a bit to hard, but shizer. Some times I can hear the faint sounds of a rocking chair creaking or the slight tips of knitting needles clinking together. Yes, the looming presence of the aged is in the near distance. Aside from the pain, I’m having fun though. I took Allan’s advance dance class on Monday… that man and his dancers are sooo creative! I confess, I have become a Mind Over Matter groupie =)
Last night I taught my class at Gold’s in Hayward, which was kinda skimpy considering that people were probably out celebrating one the most overrated holidays in my opinion. I’m not bitter, just being a realist. Hit up my past entry to see what I’m talkin’ about: V-day... bah humbug! But I digress. Class was still fun none the less, and the hubby of one of my students did drop off some treats she made. That was sweet =) As for the journey into the golden years, I got an e-mail the other day about my ten year high school reunion. The plan is to have a full weekend of festivities. Whoop-ti-do. I can’t say that I’m totally juiced about it. The folks that I really want to see may not be there, because they have been MIA for the past couple of years or so. And I’m not really ready to hear people front about where they are now, who got fat, who has hella kids, and all that jazz. But it should make for an interesting sight to see…
